Backseat Rhythm is a live band From Toledo, Ohio – comprised of veteran musicians with more than 120 years combined experience. Having played in local area bars for more than 20-30 years apiece, we know what it takes to keep bar owners happy and patrons dancing. We love to play music people like to hear and dance and sing along to, making the crowd happy is our #1 goal at all times.

Mark
You can find Mark on lead vocal, keyboard and guitar entertaining the crowd at all times. A collector of vintage guitars, Mark has a wealth of knowledge about rock history and music in general. His stage presence really brings the band alive. You may not know it – but his main instrument isn’t really guitar or keyboard at all – it’s the bass drum!
Mike
Mike lays down the bass groove of the band as well as lead and backing vocals, and he loves to listen to Steely Dan and Rush. Ask him if he used hair spray back in the day when he played with Excalibur. I guess they had a massive stage show with smoke and pyro – I wonder if he ever caught himself on fire?
Jon
Jon has been rocking drums since he was able to crawl! You might know him from the 80′s original metal band “Bobnoxious”! He loves to rock the drum kit, and his favorite phrase is “tune it or die!”.
John
John is on guitar, lead and backing vocals, and you won’t find him very far from his favorite Reverend guitar. He’d love to talk to you about vintage gear or maybe a little blues history.
